When it comes to all our performers, you can probably tell that we’re huge, embarrassing, cheerleader-style fans. They’re our greatest asset, and we want them to know how much we respect them. 

We believe that by creating a positive and enjoyable working environment, those who work with us will want to do so again - and in turn, they’ll be proud to say they work with Joybear. 

Something we’ve learned over the years is that when our performers have a genuine spark, the resulting scene is usually incredible - because both partners are genuinely enjoying themselves! Real pleasure is hot, and so that’s what we do.

With this in mind, we always pair our performers based on genuine chemistry, and if we can make it work, we’ll ask if there’s anyone they’ve been dying to work with.  If the spark is there, the performers enjoy their work more and that translates into incredibly steamy movies! 

Many of our performers are actually in long term relationships with one another which we love.
