I caught up with Joybear's set designer Peter Stallion for a chat about what he enjoyed most about filming Quartet...
"The architecture was stunning, tall ceilings, wooden floor, marble arches and pillars, it all looked very classy. The fun (and challenging) part when filming this movie was the musical instruments themselves — we had a viola, violin, cello, guitar and flute. We had to teach the models how to hold and 'play' them correctly, and I think I spent most of the day running around with piles of music sheets, music stands and instrument cases!"
