2015 is dead. Long live 2016. posted on 1st January 2016

By the time you´re reading this, New Year´s Eve will have faded into hazy memories and a stubborn hangover. All you´re left with is a headache and a vague list of resolutions you wrote down on a red wine soaked napkin. Some of the more ascetic entries can be discarded (nobody really expects you to forsake caffeine for an entire year), but those geared towards growth and indulgence might be worth holding on to. Here are three Joybear-approved resolutions to add to your list:

Be more spontaneous

Lust is at its most potent when it´s not diluted by social propriety or situational mitigation. If you´re out with your lover for dinner, at a party or even in the garden, and you feel heat rising from down below, make it your priority to deal with it as soon as possible; even if it´s a hand surreptitiously slipping up a skirt or stroking a bulge.

Play the game

Games are simple, guaranteed gateways to fun throughout the year. Set up a box in the bedroom, each of you writes down a fantasy you´d like to see fulfilled, and each month you pull one out and make it happen. The more fantasies you put in, the more likely you are to see yours manifested. This game is great for encouraging communication and aiding playfulness, as well as setting up some gleeful naughtiness.

Keep it sensual

Your goal as a couple is to introduce an element of sexiness into every day. It needn´t be full-on wild animal sex every evening just before the news, but more about constant reminders and regular appreciation of each other´s sexuality. This can range from saucy little compliments in the morning and naughty texts at work, to indulgent massages and long bubble baths together. The goal of this little exercise is to arouse the kind of emotional hunger that will bring you closer together, whilst putting your body and your mind into a euphoric state of constant sensual alertness.
